After Pilates brought Elisha back to life after two kids and an office job, she decided to make it a career to help anybody she could get her hands on, rediscover their bodies and regain control of their lives. In her spare time, Elisha loves cooking for her hungry family, playing (and winning) board games, and taking long walks along the American River near her home.
Mari Minamide
Pilates Teacher
Mari teaches for the joy of students finding themselves within their bodies. Finding the flow of the movement, the release of the stress from their day and the focus within themselves. She will gladly wait in line all day with her pup Kami for a Ginger Elizabeth ice cream sandwich or cup of soft serve.
KODIE SOLIS
Pilates Teacher
Kodie loves teaching Pilates because it blends movement, mindfulness, and a little bit of magic ✨ She finds joy in helping clients feel stronger, taller, and more connected in their bodies. Her goal? That you leave each session feeling more confident in your strength and a little lighter in spirit.
Kodie loves getting creative, learning new skills like sewing, cheering on her favorite teams, or baking something sweet to share.
AMANDA KAHN
Pilates Teacher
Amanda loves the energy of people exploring movement and discovering their strength, watching members challenge themselves and grow stronger over time. She believes Pilates should support the way we move through life—helping us feel more capable, confident, and connected in our bodies.
Amanda is an explorer—traveling to new places, indulging in amazing food (especially pastries!), and of course, practicing Pilates.
JEANNETTE NORTHERN

Jeannette discovered Pilates after years of exploring movement and healing practices, and it was exactly what her body needed. She teaches to help others build awareness, strength, and connection through movement and breath, believing the true magic of Pilates lies in being present—body, mind, and spirit in unison.
Outside the studio, Jeannette enjoys walking in nature, sharing Jin Shin Jyutsu, and traveling whenever she can.
